Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology and South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (US) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to do research and exchange opinions and innovations among scholars.

In this connection, a two-day national conference on communication, computation, control and automation will be organised on the institute premises from Friday

Speaking to mediapersons, principal Dr R Joseph Xavier said eminent professors, industtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnata-ka, Gujarat and Puducherry will participate in the conference.

K George Alexander, general manager, Lakshmi Technology and Engineering Industries Ltd, Coimbatore will inaugurate the conference and N Udayaku-mar, managing director, Udaya Energy Photovoltaic Ltd, Coimbatore will be chief guest at the valedictory function.
