B.L.D.E. Association is a premier Educational society in Karnataka, established in the year 1910 and runs more than 75 institutions. Shri. B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre established in the year 1986 has 750 bed hospital with supporting infrastructure, equipments and teaching faculty and has attained the status of Deemed to be University in the name and style of "BLDE UNIVERSITY".
