AMUPMDC 2009 Application Form
Application forms and information brochure for Asso CET-2009 for admission to 1st year MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BPTh, BOTh and BSc-Nursing courses will be available at all the Private Medical and Dental Colleges and other notified centers displayed on website: http://www.amupmdc.org from 1st March 2009 to 15th April, 2009 on payment of Rs. 500/- by DD.
Application forms will also be available from AMUPMDC office by post with an additional DD of Rs. 100/- for postal charges. Application Forms will also be available from selected centres of Punjab National Bank displayed on web site on Payment of Rs 500/- in Cash.

The Fee for Examination is Rs. 1,500/- payable by DD. All DD's are to be drawn in favour of "AMUPMDC" and payable at Mumbai. All the Medical Colleges are affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India and other Health Science Colleges by their respective Central Councils. The number of colleges and seats may change as per instructions from respective Councils / Govt, of India / Govt, of Maharashtra / MUHS / other reasons if any and judicial pronouncements. AMUPMDC Exam Centre 2009: Asso CET-2009 will be conducted at 18 centres in Maharashtra (viz. Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Latur, Nanded, Parbhani, Akola Amravati and Nagpur) and 11 Centres outside Maharashtra state (viz. Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Kota, Chandigarh, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata). The right to add or delete Examination Centres rest with the Competent Authority.
