Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test (HP CMAT 2008) Application Form
The application form along with prospectus can be obtained either from the institute’s cash counter by depositing Rs.400/- (Subsidized) & Rs.500/- (Subsidized & non-Subsidized) (Rs. 250/- & 350/- for SC/ST candidates) or by post by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.450/- (Subsidized) & Rs.550/- (Subsidized & non-Subsidized) (Rs.300/- & Rs.400/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of “Director, IMS HP University”, payable at Shimla.
HP CMAT 2008 Test Centres:
The HP-CMAT will be conducted at Delhi, Chandigarh, Shimla, Solan, Chandigarh, Delhi and Dharamshala. The institute reserves the right to change the date/centre of HP-CMAT.
Note: The centre will be created depending on the number of applicants.

HP CMAT 2008 Admission Process: The admission is based on competitive examination which comprises of applications ratings, Management Aptitude Test (objective type having multiple choice Questions), group discussion and personal interview. Management Aptitude Test (HP-CMAT) will be of objective type having Multiple Choice Questions (M.C.Q.). The HP-CMAT will have four sections of English Comprehension, Reasoning, Business Environment and Arithmetic Comprehension & Data Interpretation, Each section will have about fifty (50) questions. The performance in HP-CMAT is the basis for screening the candidates for group discussion and personal interview. Normally, three candidates for each seat are called for group discussion and personal interview. The performance in the Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview and application rating will be the criterion for admitting the students. The candidates for NRI/NRI Sponsored / Foreign National / Self-Financing Seats compete among themselves, so is the case with the subsidized seats.
