COMEDK UGET 2008 Application Procedure:

The process involves the following stages:

Note: Send the application in A4 size envelope only. Do not fold the application form

Ensure that the Demand Draft for Rs.650/-(Rupees six hundred fifty only) if you intend to appear for MBBS/BDS(PCB) or BE(PCM) and Rs.850/- (Rupees eight hundred fifty only) for MBBS/BDS and BE(PCMB), to be kept ready before filling up the Online Application form, as you will have to enter the DD details.

The Online application form has to be filled up properly and completely. Take a print of the filled in Application form and Date of Birth Certificate/ Identity Proof.
The Application form is said to be complete only if it is enclosed with all the documents mentioned below and mailed to COMEDK office.
Multiple application form filled and received from the same candidate will result in confusion and may cause for disqualification.
Multiple Demand Drafts if sent (Excess Amount) by the candidate will not be refunded.

Non-refundable fee for taking COMEDK UGET-2008 and attending centralised counselling, if eligible, is Rs.650/- for MBBS/BDS(PCB) or BE(PCM) and Rs.850/- for MBBS/BDS and BE(PCMB). Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of COMEDK-2008, payable at Bangalore and should be enclosed with the application and all other relevant document after mentioning application number on the back of DD. (If DD is not enclosed the application will be rejected.)

Checklist of Documents

Demand Draft for Rs.650/- for MBBS/BDS(PCB) or BE(PCM) and Rs.850/- for MBBS/BDS and BE(PCMB) drawn in favour of COMEDK-2008 payable at Bangalore (mention your name and application number on the back of Demand Draft)DD submitted will not be refunded.
COMEDK copy of Date of Birth Certificate/ Identity Proof in the prescribed form duly attested by the head of the institution last studied.
Additional recent passport size photograph similar to the one pasted on the application.(mention your name and application number on the back of photograph)

The completed Application Form has to reach COMEDK office on or before Saturday the 10 th April 2008 to the following address by post or courier.
