(HND Courses are conducted in collaboration with Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, UK) Entry Requirements:

Academic Standards: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate in PCM group, (For B.Sc. - not less than 50% in each subject), and at least 50% in English at 10th or 12th std

Age: 17 to 20 years as on 4th August 2008, for B.Sc. & B.E. 22 years as on 6th July 2008 for B.E. Lateral Entry 17 to 20 years as on 1st September 2008 for HND NS & HND ME

Medical Standard : Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with minimum unaided vision in each eye to be 6/6for B.Sc & HND NS, or 6/12 in each eye for B.E., and HND ME, and with no colour blindness for all courses
