Application form with Prospectus can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Academic) either by post by sending a written request specifying the programme and enclosing a crossed Demand Draft purchased not earlier than the date of this advertisement, in favour of The Registrar, Gandhigram Rural University payable only in Canara Bank, Gandhigram (Bank Code No.8500) or State Bank of India, Ambathurai (Bank Code No. 3373) or in person by cash payment / an additional payment of Rs.50 made in case of DD drawn from other banks.

MCA: Rs.200 (by post Rs.230)
M.Sc IT: Rs.150 (by post Rs.180)
All other Programmes: Rs.160 (Rs.200 by post)
SC/ST: Free (for any one program on producing the copy of the community certificate)
MO/Postal Orders / Cheques will not be accepted
